My son LOVES this!

We purchased this picnic table when my son was about 18 months old and keep it indoors. He loved it instantly. He eats the majority of his snacks (and non family meals) at his table. He has also enjoyed it thoroughly as a play surface for coloring his trains cars everything. It's been a full year since we've bought it and it's still in perfect condition.



My husband and I frequently sit with him at the table as the 4 corners are well supported for even our weight. At his 2 year birthday party it was full with 6 kids and there was still plenty of room (despite a few kids being 4 years old). When we have friends over to play games the kids will often play a game at their table. He'll have a sibling in the next month and I expect many more years of use from this table.



My husband assembled it easily (there aren't many pieces). The only drawbacks are the grooved surface is slightly more difficult to wipe clean than if it was smooth. And bowls and glasses do slide easily over the surface (for the occasional oops) - though you'll have that with all plastic table tops.



It is larger size (which I like) but is just narrow enough to barely squeeze out the backdoor (normal door width) for the few times we've wanted to use it outside without having to take it apart.



We haven't used the umbrella yet so I can't speak as to its durability.



Price currently listed online is higher than what I paid a year ago at Toys R Us (about $90 plus tax).

Just Right in Every Way

Great size for a 2 year old and takes up little space. It was really easy to put together (with the right tools). I do expect it to be a family heirloom for grandchildren's visits. That it will fold up is a plus although it isn't made for that on a daily basis. Have purchased 3 of this company's other products in the last weeks as they are indestructible kid's furniture.



I first purchased one of these types of tables 30 years ago for my daughter. It was great for her projects indoors then went outside for summer fun. As she outgrew it the table became a place to hold BBQ items until ready for grilling spending the rest of the time in our tool shed in freezing weather. Cleaned up now it was fun for my granddaughter's crayon time although 'beat up' after all those years. It will stay outdoors now that we have a beautiful replacement.More detail ...

Wonderful Table!

We just purchased the jr. easy store table with umbrella this weekend and my 20 month old loves it! I had previously let him "try" it out at toys'r'us and discovered that it is the perfect size for him. He is very tiny for his age and so we needed a very small table for him. This is just perfect! It is great because we don't have to worry about him falling off. He sits so nicely at his table and can play with toys eat and color at it! The table is recommended for ages 1 1/2-5 years. It has a very sturdy design that locks into place and folds up flat for storage. We use our table in the living room for play activities and in the kitchen/dining area for meals. My son eats better in this than the highchair.;) We haven't yet used the umbrella but we plan to take the table outside on our patio on nice days and use the umbrella with it. This will be a perfect way to keep my little boy out of the sun! This is a great little table that I know we will get many years out of. There is also a larger table with umbrella available at walmart that seats six children from ages 2-8 years. So if you need a larger table you might want the large easy store table instead.More detail ...

Excellent choice for a table

We enjoy this table for outdoor fun snacks meals crafts etc. To clean up we hose it off! It was very easy to put together and very durable. It's legs are wide enough to support an adult on one side without tipping and can easily be placed on cement or grass. The umbrella is a must in our sunny state. The cup holders are good if you have 2 kids but if you have more they make great bubble bottle holders.
